3% commission – If we find the buyer for your home and represent both you and the buyer, with no other agent involved, our commission is only 3%.
4.5% commission – If another agent represents the buyer for your home, our commission is 2.0%, and the other agent will also receive 2.5%.

Cancel the listing at any time
You can cancel your listing at any time by simply calling us and saying “We want to cancel the listing.” The cancellation will be effective immediately.
